Watson's Old Horse, Blarney's sire, is known sometimes as Lad and is the son of the original UK Roadsweeper. Blarney's mother, Meadowlark, is a full bred Pratt mare that was imported from Europe. Blarney was born and raised in the United States. He has beautiful silky hair, wonderful conformation, and movement. He is a perfect all around horse and he even knows dressage. We have great hopes for this stallion and believe that he is the horse of the future.

In 2008, his second year of dressage, Blarney Stone's Sailor competed in 24 USDF classes under 14 USDF R and S judges at nine A-rated USDF dressage shows. Not only did he score as high as 71.2% at Training Level and 67% at First Level, but he qualified to show at the seven-state USDF Regional Championships. In 2009 he started showing at Second Level and was USDF First Level All-Breed Champion, with a median score of 61.714%.
